About

Hi I’m Angela, a beloved daughter of the Father who seeks to reflect the Good, the True and the Beautiful.  I was born and raised in rural Northwestern Wisconsin where I lived on a hobby farm with my parents and 8 siblings.  After graduating from UW – Green Bay in 2010, I settled in Eau Claire, WI where I lived for 6 years.  During my time in Eau Claire, I fell head over heels in love with Jesus and committed myself to trusting in the goodness of my Beloved and the Will of our Heavenly Father.  This trust led me to quit my job, detach from my possessions, and head East to be a missionary in Massachusetts where I lived in a community of young adults who sought to see Jesus in the distressing disguise of the poor.  God then led me back to my hometown where I now live and strive to continue to abandon myself to His perfect Will.  I am a contributing writer for WINE: Women in the New Evangelization at http://www.catholicvineyard.com.  My writing is also featured in WINE’s latest book, Called by Name: 365 Daily Devotions for Catholic Women.  Aside from writing, I enjoy reading, baking, cooking for friends and family, and anything that involves coffee, holding babies and talking about the love and goodness of God.
